As part of our service, our certified engineers will deliver and install mains connected coolers when you purchase or rent with us.

When you think of a water cooler, we bet you think of a bottled. It's the traditional cooler of choice for reception areas...

Bottled coolers rely on regular deliveries of bottled water that is screwed into the top of the cooler. They are good if you have a smaller need and don't have the space to plumb your cooler in.

Water Cooler Rental & Service Contract
Regular servicing is included with all rented equipment. This covers water filtration exchanges (where applicable) and mechanical breakdowns. We have a dedicated team of in house engineers who carry out any servicing requirements. This option grants you access to our customer only webshop, 24/7 access to exclusive offers and products.
Water Cooler Purchase & Service Contract
Our water cooler purchase and service option allows you to own a machine without the burden of maintenance and servicing. This option includes a 12 month parts & labour warranty, plus regular servicing & filtration exchanges (if applicable). Please note, mechanical breakdowns are not covered after the initial 12 months. This option grants you access to our customer only webshop, 24/7 access to exclusive offers and products.
*It is important to note that the Water Dispenser & Hydration Association (WHA) regulations are for 6-monthly sanitisation and filter changes on a plumbed-in water cooler, and 3-monthly sanitisation on a bottled cooler.
